Our factory has introduced advanced electronic dobby machines
from Staubli Company France, which are installed on the high-speed
air jet looms from TOYOTA. These units have advanced electronic
pattern cards , which are very easy to operate and stable. They
are suitable for all specifications of high quality chemical
fiber and cotton fabrics.

The high-speed water jet loom
type ZW405 from Japanese TSUDAKOMA presently is one of the
most advanced looms in the world. It can produce high density
fabrics while other common water jet looms can not, furthermore,
it has less shutdowns , can well guarantee the products quality
to satisfy the wide demands of clients from different areas.
Our main products are : Double-jet Poly Faille, Chiffon,Double-jet
Horizontal Stripe, 330T Poly Pongee, Koshibo etc.

Draw-Texturing machine
We have introduced KTY Draw-Texturing machines type FK6-1000
from Barmag AG German. Now we have 72 sets of such kind of Draw-Texturing
machines which provide good quality weaving materials for the
following production.

Arranging , Sizing And Combining
Efficient automation level of arranging ,sizing and combining
equipments produced from Japan and Korean, have features of
high speed, high efficiency, free speed controlling and automatically
warp-breaking stop service. Our factory owns 10 production lines
to guarantee the preparation of 3000 looms.

Now we have 72 Double Twisting
machines type 310G ,ten computer-controlled high-speed Reeling
machines,15 Backwinding machines,2 stripping and warp Beaming
machines and Vacuum Finalizing equipments and so on. We can
twist FDY ,DTY ,urethane elastic fibre lapping yarn and such
raw materials in both left and right directions. With water
jet looms and air jet looms ,we can produce middle-top-grade
fabrics like Satin Spandex, Two-direction Spandex ,Back Crepe
Satin, Chiffon , Terylene , Koshibo , Poly Faille and Poly Peach
Skin etc. |
